Occitan Region and Fenouillèdes Railway

Skin that itches does not feel itching.

Although I was working, I had the pleasure of visiting the Aude and Roussillon region. I was able to follow without too much difficulty the regular service that leaves Rivesaltes at 09:45 and reaches Saint Paul de Fenouillet at 11:02, where a change is made onto the open-top train.

In the 1990s this impressive line was closed, which boasts some wonderful landscapes. At the same dates the TPFC Association was founded by railway enthusiasts, who obtained permits and rolling stock to operate the line.

This has become a tourist attraction that brings life to the Valley, which has allowed rescuing the line and rolling stock, most of which are in perfect operating condition.
