A first glimpse of the Class 113

Having been tipped off that the first Class 113 was out on the line for testing, we decided to head out as well to capture it on the main line for the very first time. They only ran on weekends at specific hours —trying to avoid disrupting the regular traffic— to complete their runs.

Here is the newly built 113.01 during a test run —simulating a commercial passenger service— as it departs from Valldoreix.
