In the very near future, this landscape will change forever.

Funnily enough, expressing such an intention in these words would be unthinkable, delusional and comical in any European city where common sense prevails. Elsewhere, they are neither ashamed of their railways nor do they speculate with underground tunneling schemes. This is the perfect embodiment of that infamous quote by a former Minister of Culture: "Public money belongs to no one." Clearly, while cities like Cologne or Zurich are left out in the cold, things around here remain exactly the same.
